
The following FAQ will provide information on redeeming Beaver Bennyfits Points. Links to the How-To Guide and how to redeem points on the Beaver Bennyfts web site can be found to the right (below if viewing on mobile).
Q: What type of benefits will be available?
A: OSU Athletics is moving to an engagement benefits model. You will select from events or activities where you will join other Beaver fans, staff, and coaches. Additionally, tangible items will be available.
Q: How is the new benefits model different from the past?
A: Previously Our Beaver Nation donors received benefits off a predetermined chart. Now both Our Beaver Nation donors and season ticket holders will get a choice.
Q: When will I select my benefits?
A: To start your 2023 OBN donation and season ticket purchase have been uploaded allowing you to select Bennyfits. Future annual fund donations and season ticket purchases will add to your total within 30 days of purchase allowing you to redeem Bennyfits at anytime of the year.
Q: How many benefit engagements will I be able to select?
A: The number of engagements available to you will be based on your annual OSU Athletics total investment, including season ticket purchases and Our Beaver Nation annual fund contributions.
Q: How many times can I redeem each engagement?
A: Members will have the opportunity to request each engagement once.
Q: How do I know what engagements are offered throughout the year?
A: We will send emails announcing when new prizes and experiences are launched. They will also be announced on our social media - follow @ourbeavernation on Instagram, X, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Q: How soon after I make a season ticket purchase, or Our Beaver Nation Donation are my points available to spend?
A: Beaver Bennyfit points will be added within 30 days of season ticket purchases and annual fund donations. If you need your points sooner to redeem for an upcoming engagement, please email ourbeavernation@osufoundation.org.
Q: How do I earn points by attending OSU sporting events?
A: When at a sporting event, ensure location settings are allowed on your device. Then follow the steps below:
- Open the OSU Beavers App.
- Make sure your location setting is turned on.
- Select Beaver Bennyfits from the menu.
- Navigate to the event located on the home page or by clicking the calendar icon.
- You should see a green check mark with the earned points listed. If not tap the "check in" button.
Q: I changed my mind after redeeming some of my Beaver Bennyfit points, what do I do?
A: Cancelations are allowed up to three days prior to the engagement. Please email ourbeavernation@osufoundation.org and your points will be restored.
Q: What is the difference between Beaver Bennyfit points, Beaver Points, and Total Investment Points?
A: Beaver Bennyfits points are much like credit card points where you can redeem them for experiences and tangible items. Beaver Priority Points are used to improve your ticket location for home contests. Total Investment Points are used for ticket placement for road game contests and home parking.
Q: I previously received benefits for Our Beaver Nation contributions and season ticket purchases, will that continue?
A: Yes, but now you will have the opportunity to pick from a menu of benefits that interest you and your family.
Q: Where do I pick up my tangible prize(s)?
A: Our Beaver Nation 134 Gill Coliseum, 9:00am – 5:00pm, Tuesday - Thursday, or pick-up opportunities throughout each season will be announced via email.
Q: Do my Beaver Bennyfit points expire?
A: Beaver Bennyfits will not expire as long as there have been points aquired each year.
Q: Can I transfer my Beaver Bennyfit points to someone else?
A: Beaver Bennyfit points are not transferable.
Q: Will Beaver Sports Properties sponsors have the opportunity to participate in Beaver Bennyfits?
A: Yes, for information on how sponsors can participate, please contact Aaron Babcock at .
